Statement by MNABA in Support of Principles

1. Tribal Nations are in a government-to-government relationship with the United States. Each federal agency has a consultation policy.

2. MNABA is composed of judges, lawyers, and law students. We stand in support of the safety for students.

3. MNABA supports judicial systems who are effectively following the rule of law.

4. MNABA supports Tribal members and descendants of Tribal Nations in having the opportunity to provide their identification as such.
