Congratulations to this year’s MAIBA Scholarship Recipients: Brandy DeCoteau-Heminger and Benjamin Swankier. Brandy DeCoteau-Heminger (Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate) is a 3L at Mitchell Hamline Law School.
